Key areas in the headquarters

For years, we have been expanding and optimizing our structures to remain flexible and competitive in the demanding fashion market.

What characterises LPP is the diversity of its teams and the large number of departments. Find out more about our organisation to find the best fit for your needs.

Product preparation

Product preparation departments are the heart of LPP. We design clothing, accessories and home furnishings, analyse trends and work with suppliers from Poland and around the world. We want our collections to be perceived by customers as unique.

Omnichannel sales

Omnichannel is multichannel sales, in which we integrate the properties of stationary retail with e-commerce activities. Sales support departments, e-commerce sales and retail-regional structures work side by side.

Visual Merchandiser Career LPP

Visual communication

For each of our retail brands, we have created a dedicated visual communication department that brings together the competences of marketing, visual merchandising and content creation. This ensures that customers receive a single, consistent message about each brand and its range at all points of contact.

Back office

The back office departments at LPP are responsible for providing multidisciplinary support to the company's core business and effectively running support processes. They offer extensive opportunities for specialised professional development beyond the classic product, sales or marketing areas.

Why is it worth it?

Working at LPP is not only about co-creating globally recognised fashion brands, but above all about being a workplace for creative people. We would like our employees to be able to enjoy, in addition to the standard benefits, the additional conveniences and bonuses of working for such a large and diverse company.
