LPP Group opens the largest store RESERVED in Russia

LPP – owner of six clothing brands: Reserved, Tallinder, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay – has just opened the largest clothing store of its flagship brand Reserved in Russia. It is the largest investment of the company in the market in the current year. The shop was opened in the prestigious Galeria shopping centre in St. Petersburg. In 2016, the company plans to expand its network of stores in Russia by another 10 percent.   Our presence in Russia is important for the development of LPP. Mainly due to such an extensive presence in the country and the income from the sales, we are one of the industry leaders in Central and Eastern Europe – says Sławomir Łoboda, Vice President of LPP responsible for development and investments. The opening of such a large store in the best shopping centre “Galeria” in St. Petersburg is a signal that in 2016 we will strengthen our position in this market – he adds.   LPP currently has 280 stores in Russia, which in 2015 recorded sales revenue in the amount of PLN 836 million, which accounted for 16 percent of LPP Group total revenue. The stores of popular clothing brands that belong to the Polish company are located in 42 Russian cities, e.g. in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar and other places. The company is a recognized clothing industry retailer in Russia, and its shops are present in large shopping centres, such as Mega, Filion, Golden Babylon, Kolumbus and Vegas in the capital city.   LPP Group began its operation in Russia in 2002, and over the past four years the surface area of the stores of LPP commercial brands in this country quadrupled. Five LPP brands are present in the Russian market, including the flagship Reserved brand and the remaining portfolio members: Cropp, House and Sinsay for young people and Mohito for women. It is possible that in the near future the group will be joined by the debuting Tallinder brand – the newest premium brand offering clothing for wealthy clients. The first Tallinder brand store in Poland was opened in February 2016. The collection of the new brand embodies the modern, casual elegance and timeless classics. Tallinder brand clothing can meet the expectations of demanding customers; it is distinguished by high quality of fabrics and leather, as well as attention to every detail.   In the field of fast fashion, in the Russian market the best shopping centres generating the most of the so-called traffic are of vital importance. It is surely no coincidence that our new, record-breaking in terms of surface area, Reserved shop is located in “Galeria” in St. Petersburg and it has nearly 2.5 thousand m2. Here we will offer our customers a complete range of collections for women, men and children – says Anna Pilugina, LPP Group Director in Russia.   Due to the fact that Russian consumers increasingly often prefer spending time and doing their shopping at malls, street retail in cities has become less attractive from a business perspective. We want to be where our collections are selling best. A good example is “Galeria” in St. Petersburg, where our Cropp store records high sales and where the country’s largest Reserved shop has been just opened, as well as several other shopping centres we are present in – explains Anna Pilugina.   To shorten the delivery chain and goods delivery time, since 2012 a part of the LPP brand clothing supply has been delivered to the Russian market directly from the manufacturers to the port in St. Petersburg, and then to the warehouse located near Moscow. As a result, times of delivery to Russian cities located thousands of kilometres away from each other have become much shorter, and delivery is much more flexible.   LPP SA develops and conquers new markets. In 2014, the company debuted in Germany; in 2015, it opened its first stores in Egypt, Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia; in 2016 – in the United Arab Emirates. In 2016, LPP Group plans to open a franchise network of its stores in Belarus and Kazakhstan.

LPP SA, a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2001, is one of the fastest growing clothing companies in Central and Eastern Europe, and its revenue in 2015 exceeded PLN 5 billion. For over 20 years, the company has been operating in Poland and abroad, achieving great success in the demanding fashion market. LPP SA manages 5 popular brands: Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay, and in 2016 it has unveiled its first premium brand – Tallinder. The company has a network of more than 1,600 stores and creates jobs for 20 thousand people at its offices and sales structures in Poland, Europe, Asia and Africa. LPP is listed on WIG20 stock exchange index, which generates a significant part of the turnover on the WSE, and on the prestigious MSCI Poland index.   Contact for the media: Marta Chlewicka LPP Spokesperson e-mail: media@lpp.com   3 Reserved Flagship store in St. Petersburg SC Galeria 4 Reserved Flagship store in St. Petersburg SC Galeria 5 Reserved Flagship store in St. Petersburg SC Galeria 6 Reserved Flagship store in St. Petersburg SC Galeria 7 Reserved Flagship store in St. Petersburg SC Galeria 8 Reserved Flagship store in St. Petersburg SC Galeria 9 Reserved Flagship store in St. Petersburg SC Galeria 10 Reserved Flagship store in St. Petersburg SC Galeria
