The RESERVED retail shop, opened on April 1 in Doha, the capital city of Qatar, is located in the Gulf Mall shopping centre. Its surface amounts to almost 1100 m2, and it will provide employment for several dozen people. Due to cultural differences and specific climatic conditions LPP has adopted its model of functioning to the specificity of this market. Products offered in Qatar will include much fewer winter designs, women’s section will be separated from the men’s section and each of them will have a separate entrance. Moreover, the offer of RESERVED for this market will not include underwear.
The first non-European retail shop of RESERVED was opened in February this year, in Egypt. Investments in the Middle East constitute a completely new direction in the development of the company. LPP’s partner and franchisee in this region is Azadea.
By the end of 2015 LPP plans to have opened RESERVED retail shops in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. The company is already finalizing contracts, which will introduce into this market brands addressed to women only − MOHITO and SiNSAY.
