Blackout periods are intervals laid down by law during which the persons holding management functions in LPP may not carry out any transactions in LPP shares, give recommendations or induce others to dispose or acquire shares.
Due to the information advantage, members of the LPP Management Board, Supervisory Board, and certain empoyees of LPP are bound by those periods.
