Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2020

Basing on & 80.1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities dated 29 March 2018 (…) the Management Board of LPP SA informs about the filing deadlines for periodic reports in 2020:

1. Annual report and consolidated annual report for 2019/20: 29 April 2020;

2. Semi-annual report for H1 2020: 22 October 2020;

3. Quarterly reports:

– Extended consolidated report for Q1 2020: 25 June 2020;

– Extended consolidated report for Q3 2020: 17 December 2020.

Basing on &62 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities dated 29 March 2018 (…) the Management Board of LPP SA informs that individual quarterly reports and individual semi-annual report for H1 won’t be published. LPP SA will be publishing consolidated quarterly reports including quarter financial data and consolidated semi-annual report including abbreviated semi-annual financial report.

At the same time, according to § 79(2) of the Regulation, the Management Board of LPP SA informs that the Company will publish no consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2019/20 or the consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2020.

Additionally, the Management Board of LPP SA informs that the Company has changed its financial year which corresponded to the calendar year and started using a calendar year lasting from February to January of next year. Upcoming financial year will start on 1 February 2020 and will end on 31 January 2021.

Therefore, in 2020, reporting periods will be as follows:

Q1 2020 – from 1 February to 30 April;

Q2 2020 – from 1 May to 31 July;

Q3 2020 – from 1 August to 31 October;

Q4 2020 – from 1 November to 31 January 2021.
