The Management Board of LPP SA in Gdansk (The “Company”) announces that on August 20, 2021 the Company received notifications about transaction in the shares of LPP from Presentme Holding Limited and Semper Simul Foundation (the entities closely related to: the President of the Management Board – Marek Piechocki, the Vice President of the Management Board – Marcin Piechocki, the Vice President of the Management Board – Sławomir Łoboda, the Member of the Supervisory Board – Piotr Piechocki). The Company attaches the notification received.
