Our rules

Over the years, we have developed a set of common rules that guide us
– such as responsibility, integrity, fairness, openness and respect for others,
and we believe that people are our highest value.

Respect for human rights in LPP



We respect human rights at every stage of our operations and require that our suppliers do the same. Respect for human rights in LPP is manifested in actions that regulate and promote the decent treatment of, among others, our employees, suppliers, customers, and other participants in our supply chain.

We firmly object to actions inconsistent with our values. We have developed a number of documents and guidelines to navigate our relations with different stakeholder groups.

RULES OF WHISTLEBLOWING



The integrity and transparency of business processes and good relations within our business environment are of key importance to us. We are committed to collecting and checking reliably any information on irregularities in our operations. We strive to ensure transparency and compliance of LPP and its employees with the law and internal rules; therefore, we encourage you to report any improper practices.

In accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019, we provide a secure whistleblowing option through the form available below.

This system does not cover customer requests relating to the purchase of goods as these should be directed to Customer Service.



In the interest of ensuring fully anonymous communication, our form has been prepared on an external platform. This ensures anonymity of the person reporting the irregularity and security of the information provided.

Each report is assigned an automatic identification number “report ID” and a password – it is necessary to save these data. This way, one may log in to the tool anonymously in order to follow the processing of the report and for further communication.
