Over the years we have developed principles that unite us
– such as responsibility, honesty, fairness, openness and respect for others,
and people are our highest value.

Respect for human rights in LPP



We respect human rights at every stage of our business and we expect the same from our suppliers. Respect for human rights at LPP is manifested in actions that regulate and promote the decent treatment of, for example, our employees, suppliers, customers and other participants in our supply chain.

We say a firm no to actions incompatible with our values. To this end, we have developed a number of documents and guidelines to guide our relations with different stakeholder groups.

Integrity and transparency in business processes and good relations with those around us are crucial for us. We are committed to reliably gathering and checking all information on irregularities in our operations. We strive to ensure transparency and compliance of LPP and its employees with the law and internal rules, therefore we encourage you to report any improper practices.

In accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019, we provide a secure whistleblowing procedure through the form available below.

The whistleblowing rules do not cover customer claims relating to the non-conformity of an item sold, which are subject to processing by the Customer Service Centre.



In order to ensure fully anonymous communication, our form has been prepared on an external platform. Thanks to this, the person reporting the irregularity is guaranteed anonymity and security of the information provided.

Each report is assigned an automatic identification number ‘report ID’ and a password – it is necessary to save this data. This makes it possible to log in to the tool anonymously in order to follow the processing of the report and for further communication.
