Customer Service Specialist for the Romanian market

  • Support for multiple channels of contact with the customer and stationary stores (e-mail, telephone, chat, social media)
  • Cooperation with separate departments of the company and external entities involved in the handling of orders and returns
  • Analysis, support and monitoring of customer service processes
  • Recognizing critical situations and preventing their development
  • Ensuring a high level of service quality
  • Provision of service while maintaining certain KPIs
  • Performing translations and corrections on websites of online stores


  • Fluent in Romanian
  • Basic communication in English or Polish
  • Experience in customer service and call center (welcome)
  • Is characterized by high personal culture and communicativeness
  • Is resistant to stress
  • Is characterized by accuracy and scrupulousness
  • Very good computer skills (including MS Office)
